Mycket trevligt hus med otrolig vacker omgivning.Härligt med så vacker utsikt när man drag upp gardinerna när man vaknar på morgonen eller sitter ute och äter sin frukost.Mycket trevliga hyresvärdar som hjälper en att fixa lite av varje ! Vi längtar redan tillbaka innan vi ens åkt hem :-)

  Great place.

Great place. Loved our stay. Was a bit difficult to find but T gave our driver good directions so was all fine at the end it. Great hosts as they were kind enough to drive us to town (a bit difficult to find taxis) to buy groceries. We loved the beautiful view as we sat in the backyard. The house has almost everything one needs to relax for a few days away from hustle and bustle of city life. We will return.

  perfect for family !

We have spent a great time in this house, for Xmas and new year eve 2016 The city is a small fishing village with very few tourists. If you are looking for a quiet place ...definitively the place to go ! the campound where the house is located is quite surprising when we arrive (half of the houses are abandoned, half of them are renovated ) , swimming pools are nice for kids.....large, toboggan ....The house of Jouko is very warm....they welcome and support the guests ! The house is fully equipped ...and perfect for family !

  Nice house with everything

We have spent a great time in this house, for Xmas and new year eve 2016 The city is a small fishing village with very few tourists.   “excellent location and good value for money”

Very friendly, honest and helpful owners who were always prepared to assist with everything including transfers, etc. The house was clean and fully equipped with an excellent location on a canal that joins directly to the ocean.

Coole Lokation, absulut empfelenswert, besonders gut für Familien geeignet.
Jouko und seine Familie sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sie geben gern detaillierte Auskunft über alles in der Nähe.
Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist top, riesige bequeme Betten, Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, ein großer Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine sind im Haus und funtionieren tadellos. Nur Abwaschen muss man selbst, na ja, wenn man sich abwechselt auch halb so schlimm.
Vorallem die Entertainment-Anlage mit Internetanschluss lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Wenn wir nicht in der Nähe Seafood essen waren, haben wir gegrillt ( ich glaube, ich hab 2 kg zugenommen).
Bei dem großem Pool kann es vorkommen, dass ihr euch den Wasserfall oder das Wasser für die Rutsche einschalten lassen müsst. Das ist aber, wie üblich Thailand, kein Problem.
Fahrräder sind kostenlos auzuleihen, für ein Moped muss man eine Kleinigkeit bezahlen.
Man sollte auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug nach Ko Samet machen, dort gibt es die vielleicht schönsten Strände von Thailand, Schorchel-Ausrüstung gibt es vor Ort.
Alles in Allem, SUPER Urlaub, vielleicht fahren wir nächstes Jahr wieder hin.

  Place like home

It was great trip with our family. We had wonderful holidays, when we came to Rock Garden. We felt like in our home, but with great sea view from our window. Territory in Rock Garden was clean all the time. Good facilities; garden, swimming pool, internet Wi-Fi are available. The best place for silent holidays near the sea. I would definitely stay again.

  Our stay was really enjoyable

Our stay was really enjoyable not only because of the Seafront villa itself but also because of the hosting family. The neighbourhood is really impressive with 2 great pools and a nice beach, nevertheless someone might expect it to be more inhabited. It is apparent that not that long in the past there were more amenities (beach pub), still those are currently closed. However, if you wish to avoid crowds and enjoy great evening on the canal-side, this is the right place. The hosting family with two amazing kids and their dog are always nearby if you need any advice or would love to have a chat about life/habits in Thailand. We enjoyed those evenings. We were also provided with great guidance as to the best restaurants with the best food. Thank you!

  “Best place ever”

We had a wonderful time with our friends, the villa had everything from Tv, internet sun chairs Full kitchen with tableware. the resort had 2 swimming pools we used the one close to the house. we rented mopeds to take us around, it is approx 2 km to a great beach and also the town. this a quieter area with a lot of Scandinavians that stays for a longer time not a party place.
i would recommend this place to anyone that want to have a nice holiday in Thailand.

Some of the best moments of our lives in this villa, perfect location with swimming pool and beach near, nice and professional owner, we also rent scooters with him, guards patrol for safety, many restaurants near and Tesco, 7/11 markets. Thank you !

  Nice clean good Wifi

The property was as advertised. It was a clean, nicely furnished and cozy house with a view over water out the backyard. Our party had a great stay there. Wifi was good too if you need to do some work. There is a full kitchen if you want to cook which is handy. But there's also an affordable Thai food delivery service available just a phone call away (the menu is placed in the living room). Jouko was an excellent host. He lived just next door and would pop by everyday to have a chat and see if everything was ok. One morning one of our guys had a flat tyre on his motorcycle and Jouko came over to help, which was very nice of him. One thing to note is that the property is quite far out of town and you will need some form of transport if you would like to go out and explore. Jouko was super helpful and arranged transport for us a couple of nights to head into town for drinks. Other than that its a perfect place to relax and have some quiet time.
